Shipping Times

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Most orders should be delivered before or within 7 – 14 days. For international orders, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.

We offer tracked shipping options at checkout, subject to availability.

Shipping Rates

ForeverBlush offers free shipping on all orders over £75. ForeverBlush reserves the right to amend or change the free shipping offer at any time.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we offer low shipping rates based on weight and location, which is calculated upon checkout.

Returns

What items can be returned?

Cosmetics and items with a security seal can only be returned if found to be faulty.

Returning a wrong/faulty item

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by ForeverBlush (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Customers that completed their transactions through Paypal may be eligible for a reimbursement of their return shipping fees. Please see the official Paypal website for more details. ForeverBlush is in no way responsible or affiliated with this offer and are unable to provide any additional assistance.

Refunds

Applying for a refund

If you have received a wrong / faulty product, or no product at all, please send us pictures or a description of the relevant product/issue and email us at refunds@foreverblush.com from the email address linked to your ForeverBlush account. Please remember to include your order no. in the topic of the email for easy reference and we will get back to you asap.

Canceling a delayed or missing item

In the rare situation that your order is delayed or an item is missing from your order.  Please see our refund policy for procedures to apply for a refund or simply send our Customer Service team an email and we would be more that happy to sort it out for you.
